In seiner frühen Jugend spielte Musik eine untergeordnete Rolle. Heute ist der in Wien geborene und aufgewachsene Philipp Moritz Sandpeck alias DJ Amadeus fixer Bestandteil der Wiener Clubszene. Mit Hilfe seines späteren Mentors DJ Eye-Q entdeckte er seine Leidenschaft für die Musik, jetzt ist sie ein Teil seiner Persönlichkeit.
Mit ersten Bookings 2006 in kleineren Locations wie dem “Why Not” oder der “Kju Bar” fasste Dj Amadeus als Allround-DJ Fuß in der Wiener Nachtszene.Darauf folgten Kooperationen mit Radiostationen und Eventreisen, ehe er in der Wiener Kultdiskothek “U4? seine erste regelmäßige Spielstätte fand, wo er bis heute zu hören ist.
Seine große Erfahrung bereits in jungen Jahren brachte ihn nach kurzer Zeit auf die großen Bühnen Österreichs: das Wr. Rathaus, die “Ottakringer Brauerei”, den “Empire Club”, die “Unimensa” Innsbruck oder den “Beachvolleyball- GrandSlam” in Klagenfurt, um nur wenige zu nennen. “MTV SpringJam” sowie “MTV X-Jam” brachten ihn nach Kroatien und sogar in die Türkei und Tunesien.
Im Laufe der Zeit kristallisierten sich in seiner Arbeit Tendenzen zur elektronischen Musik heraus. Einflüsse aus den 80ern und 90ern sind kaum zu überhören, war es doch genau die Musik, mit der der heute 24 Jährige aufgewachsen war. 2009 arbeitete er erstmals mit einer internationalen Künstlerin im Zuge von “MTV Rock am Meer” (Türkei) zusammen: Terri B! Darauf folgten gemeinsame Shows in Wien, u.a. am “Donauinselfest” 2010.
Aktuell begeistert DJ Amadeus regelmäßig hunderte Nachtschwärmer im “Platzhirsch” und im “U4″ mit einem Mix aus Pop, House und R’n'B.

In his early youth, music played a secondary role. Nowadays, Philipp Moritz Sandpeck, who was born and raised in Vienna, is known as DJ Amadeus and constitutes an integral pa
rt of Vienna´s club scene. Being supported by his later mentor “DJ Eye-Q”, he discovered his passion for music, which now is part of his personality.
With his first bookings in smaller locations as the “Why not” or the “Kju Bar”, DJ Amadeus started out as an All-round- DJ in Vienna´s nightlife in 2006. Soon after, cooperations with radio stations and event journeys followed and he found his first stage at Vienna´s cult discotheque “U4”, where he still performs on a regular basis.
His many experiences in early years soon opened the doors to Austria´s big stages: Vienna´s cityhall, “Ottakringer brewerey”, “Club Empire”, “Unimensa Innsbruck” and the legendary “Beachvolleyball Grand Slam” in Carinthia, just to mention a few. Both “MTV Spring Jam “and “MTV X-Jam” brought him to Croatia and even to Turkey and Tunisia.
Over the years, tendencies for electronic music evolved from his work. Nevertheless, the 80ies and 90ies influence his work substantially, as this was the music the 24-year-old grew up with. In 2009, his first performance with an international artist during “MTV Rock at the sea” (Turkey) took place: Terri B! Joint shows followed in Vienna, i.e. at the “Donauinselfest 2010”.
Currently, DJ Amadeus elates hundreds of party people with a mix of Pop, House & R’n'B music at Vienna´s In- clubs “Platzhirsch” and “U4″ on a regular basis.
